What are the products made from?
Our crafts are made using 100% real vetiver roots, also known as khus, vettiver, vilamichai or ramacham in Tamil tradition. We never mix coir or synthetic materials. Depending on the design, pieces include decorative thread, flowers, ribbon, beads or bells.
How do I place an order?
Choose a piece, then add your quantity, name and WhatsApp number. We’ll confirm the details on WhatsApp before payment.
Can I place a bulk order?
Select “Bulk orders”, choose your pieces and quantities, and leave your WhatsApp number. We’ll discuss the quote and delivery.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken on this website. We’ll share payment details after confirming your order on WhatsApp.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. We can discuss your preferred size, colours and design on WhatsApp before confirming what is possible.
Do you deliver to my location?
We’ll ask for your city and PIN code on WhatsApp, then confirm availability and delivery charges.
How long will my order take?
